Q：How much the pricing information?
A：We provide individual estimates based on your requested section. Generally, it costs around 230,000 yen per section per month. However, we will consider your usage and desired price, so please contact us through the inquiry form.
Q：What is the unit of fiber provision?
A：We provide 2 fibers per line.
Q：Is there a minimum usage period?
A：The minimum usage period is one year.
If you cancel within one year, the fee for the remaining period will be charged, so please be aware.
Q：How long does it take to activate after applying?
A：It takes about 10 business days.
Q：How long the distance of the fiber between data centers?
A：It can be disclosed. Please contact us through the inquiry form.

Q：What is the JPDC provision section within the NTT-ME's data center?
A：We provide fiber until your contracted housing rack.
Q：What is the JPDC provision section within data centers other than NTT-ME?
A：JPDC Cabling provision section is until the MDF or Meet Me Room (MMR) of other company's data center.
For wiring in other company's data center beyond the MMR, please use the internal wiring service of each other company's data center.
Q：Is it possible to connect to IX operators?
A：Yes, We are currently coordinating with IX operators for provision.

Q：Which company's data center can I use other than NTT-ME's data center?
A：The following data centers are available:
- AT TOKYO: CC1
- BroadBand Tower: Shin-Otemachi Site
- (Scheduled for 2025) NTT Communications: TK1, TK7
Q：Can I choose the communication route when using the service?
A：Yes, Each data center is connected to multiple data centers, and you can specify the desired route for the section you plan to use.
Example: When connecting Broadband Tower's Shin-Otemachi Site and AT TOKYO's CC1
Route A: Shin-Otemachi Site ~ Marunouchi DC ~ CC1
Route B: Shin-Otemachi Site ~ Kayaba Kabuto DC ~ CC1

Q：Are the data centers of NTT-ME and NTT East different data centers?
A：We leases and provides part of NTT East's data centers.
Therefore, NTT-ME's data centers are located at the same sites as NTT East's data centers.
